Planted on an alluvial terrace just 15 miles from the Pacific Ocean, our Day Ranch Hollywood Hill Pinot Noir has an enticing garnet color with resinous cedar aromas and a distinct rose petal bouquet. Do not be fooled by this light-bodied red wine because the lengthy finish accentuates lasting flavors of wild mushroom, cherry cola, and hibiscus. Aged for 18 months in French Oak barrels, this unfined and unfiltered Pinot Noir was crafted to enjoy now and over the next 5 years. AVA: Anderson Valley

Planted on an alluvial terrace just 15 miles from the Pacific Ocean in the deep end of the Anderson Valley. This vineyard is Certified Fish Friendly and has four tributaries that feed into the Navarro River creating rich soils and a perfect microclimate.
Aged for 18 months in French Oak barrels and is unfined and unfiltered.
This wine would pair nicely with Farfalle pasta with spinach and toasted walnut pesto. Make sure to included an aged parmesan for the garnish.
